Independence Begins at Home.
CIL’s Foundations to Freedom offers customized home modifications and durable medical and accessible equipment to eliminate the need to relocate to a facility, allowing individuals to age in place. By helping people with disabilities break down the physical barriers that prevent them from being able to safely access, stay, and enjoy living in their home individuals can maintain a high quality of life that has shown to improve mental and physical well being.

- Widening of interior doorways
- Durable medical equipment
- Bathroom modifications

Luz was Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and the COVID-19 pandemic suddenly affected her independence dramatically. Through the Foundations to Freedom Program, Luz was built a ramp that gave her a new outlook on her life.
Bobbie Smith spent 10 years as a mechanic in the United States Army and another 20 working for the United States Postal Service.
